The Space


Warm and comfortable double room located at the front of this prestigious Georgian town house with views in to the world famous Piccadilly Circus – yet it is amazing how quiet the room is considering its location.

Guest Access

The hallway was also renovated in 2014 and we have provided an umbrella stand with complimentary umbrellas should you get caught out in the rain.

In the hallway there is also a cupboard that houses the cleaning products, mop, bucket, dustpan, brush, etc. There is also an iron and ironing board should you need to use them.

In spring 2014 we will be installing a DVD library in the hallway so guests will be able to choose from a large selection of popular TV and movie DVDs that they can then watch in their bedroom.

There is a newly renovated shared bathroom with top of the range bathroom suite and power shower combination. Our bathroom is kept very clean and tidy with a cleaner coming in on a regular basis to change towels and keep everything top notch.

Interaction with Guests

I am very responsive to e-mail and I check my Airbnb account about 3 to 5 times a day – so you are sure of a quick response.

I get a lot of pleasure doing what I do. This is made all the more rewarding by the comments our guests leave behind.

There is a fantastic team of people that work with me. Amos manages this apartment and without his support and dedication I would not be able to provide such a good service to our guests.

Once you have booked the room I will pass on your details to Amos. Amos will then contact you and arrange your check in.

When you arrive at the apartment Amos will meet and greet you and spend about 10 minutes explaining how everything works, it will also give you an opportunity to ask him any questions you may have – Like where is there a great place to eat? Where is the Tourist Information Office? Or where can you buy cheap theatre tickets.

Amos will also give you his contact details so you can contact him anytime should you need any help or assistance.

After check in, guests are given their keys and are welcome to come and go as they please. 

We aim to make our place feel like a home away from home.

The Neighborhood

What I love about being located opposite Piccadilly Underground Station is the fact that you are sandwiched between 6 fantastic 'must see' areas of central London - Soho, Westminster, The West End, Covent Garden, Mayfaire, and St James's

The majority of Londons most popular tourist attractions and all the major theatres are within an easy 10 minute walk – Our place is super central and you shouldn't need to take a tube or bus once you have checked in.

  • Hi Glenn, the place was wonderful. In the very center ok London, very clean.
    Everything is new and perfect, bed, chair, table, toilett,shower ..
    We also found milk, coffe, biscuits, candy and water.

    The Young man, Avon, who gave us the key of the room, was nice and friendly with me and my friend.

    We recomand this nice room to every on!
    See you as soon as possible.

  • Super Emplacement: de la fenêtre on voit les écrans Picadilly Circus mais ils ne dérangent pas la nuit. Chambre calme malgré la localisation de l'apartement.
    Chambre propre, accueil chaleureux, hôte discret, partie commune nickel.

  • Le séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé, la chambre est vraiment conforme aux photos. Quant à la salle de bain commune, dans un contexte vacances cela ne pose pas de problème si on n'est pas tenu par des rdv, elle est de plus très propre et nettoyée régulièrement. L'accueil est vraiment convivial et Amos est un hôte disponible.
    L'emplacement est vraiment top!

  • Perfect location if you love Covent Garden and the Westend... It's close to everything! Great place, very clean and brand new, confi bed with nice thick duvet. The bathroom is very good too, with a bath if you need a rest after a long walk in the city... Someone came in the bathroom with dirty shoes on, it was cleaned up straight away! Good service! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting London! C U SOON :-)
