Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2,300 Sq. Ft. home sits on a 1.25 acre lot in the Icicle Valley, 2.5 miles from downtown Leavenworth. The open concept makes it great for gatherings, and the covered wrap-around porch adds to the entertainment and relaxation factors. You will also enjoy beautiful mountain views on a large, private lot. The location is also very close to all the great in-town and outdoor activities associated with Leavenworth, Washington.

The space
The house is well laid out and tastefully furnished. The lot is spacious and has wonderful views. The location is in a quite neighborhood that is very nice to retreat to after the days' or evenings' activities. There is also a propane grill and a simple outdoor fire pit.

There are two bedrooms downstairs and 1.5 bathrooms. The upstairs contains the master bedroom, another full bathroom, and an additional living area that contains a trundle bed. The upstairs is pretty open, so there is not much privacy between the master bedroom and the extra living space with the trundle bed.

Beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full (double), 1 trundle = 2 twins.

Other things to note
The driveway is wide and fairly long to accommodate several vehicles. The house is also located on a long dead end street with limited traffic.
