Papaya Farms road is like Fern Gully: pristine nature surrounds the area, flourishing with tall trees, large leaves, vines and much flora and fruit. Papaya Farms Road whole area is off grid so there are no electric or phone lines. Our beautiful road is lava cinders with beautiful trees and plants. Papaya Farms Road has 3 acre parcels with larger acreages surrounding, we are probably the biggest mecca of permaculture in the U.S. The area and inhabitants have developed a permaculture all of its own suited to the landscape and climate. Healthy natural living is what attracts a lot of people to this area. The neighborhood is friendly back to the land people.
