4 Bedroom Bali-style Villa in the perfect location, just 50 metres from jalan Raya Seminyak and Bintang Supermarket. The beach is only a short walk away.
VILLA KAJA consists of 3 double bedrooms in the main building plus a self-contained bungalow with en-suite bathroom, all set around a sparkling pool amidst lush tropical gardens.
Guests have the run of the villa, including full use of the kitchen. We have two live-in staff to assist with your needs. The staff start at 8 am and retire at 6 pm.
Guests will be given a key to the front gate as the villa is private and secure.
The water is purified here and is safe to drink.
There are games to play and a large designer living space with Cable TV and DVD player for relaxing on rainy days.
Parking is available but best for motor bikes, since we're located in the city.
Interaction with Guests
Pets at the villa are one small dog, a cat, a lizard and a turtle.
Please note Villa Kaja was built and designed to reflect both Indonesian and Bali heritage. While staying at Villa Kaja you will experience how it feels to live in Bali, while enjoying all modern amenities.
Taxis are available only 50 metres away on jalan Raya Seminyak any time, day or night.
Other Things to Note
Each room has a safety box for passports, etc. Guests must allow us to copy their passports upon entry, as required by law.
Bed linen is changed every 3rd day.
Meals are not provided, but guests are free to use the kitchen at any time.
10% discount for bookings of 7 days or more.
