Modern studio for 4 people on the 2nd floor of a 4-storey building in a quiet area with lift, concierge and private parking in the basement. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped (dishwasher, TV, WI-FI etc.). Entrance with bunk beds, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom and toilet, south-facing balcony (6m ²) with sea view.
The apartment is located 100 meters (a 2 minute walk) from a beautiful sand beach, 1 km from shops, 1.3 km from the train station, 30 meters from the bus station and next to the CERS.
The stunning Esterel mountains are nearby, Saint Tropez and Cannes: 30 minutes drive; Nice: 45 minutes drive. Direct and rapid access to Cannes, Nice and Monaco by train. The apartment is located 3 km from the center of Saint Raphael, on the seafront road heading towards Cannes.
Bed sheets and towels are provided. Pets not allowed.

Thanks to its unique location on the beach front between Cannes and Saint Tropez and close to the Massif de l'Esterel, you can practice all sorts of activities, including relaxing on the beach, water sports and sailing, fishing, walks on the coastline path and in the beautiful creeks of Agay and Anthéor, hiking or mountain biking in the Esterel Massif, golf, horseback riding, visit of the Lerins islands, Cannes, Nice, the perfume factories of Grasse, Monaco, Nice's hinterland, the Verdon Gorges etc.
Possibility to rent for 3 nights (70 euros per night) in low season (i.e. from January to March and from October to December). During high season, minium stay is 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Insurance: The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by him and will be requested to provide a certificate of insurance (“assurance villegiature") upon arrival in the premises.
Use of the leased premises: The premises are rented for family housing. Subletting is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Out of concern for some tenants sensitive to odors of tobacco, it is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment but tolerated on the balcony. The capacity of the apartment is 4 people, the tenant agrees not to exceed the number of occupants.
Inventory: The inventory of furniture and equipment made available to the lessee will be established by the tenant and the owner or his representative upon the tenant's arrival. This inventory is the only reference in the event of any dispute. The tenant will be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur to furniture and objects mentioned in the inventory. The state of cleanliness of the studio on arrival and departure of the tenant must appear in the inventory. Cleaning the apartment is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before his departure. A deposit of 50 euros will be requested from the tenant upon arrival. If applicable, the owner or his representative will be entitled to retain the deposit of 50 euros corresponding to the fixed price of cleaning the rented premises.
