We have an office located in Surfers Paradise that guests can visit during office hours. we will be available via phone or email for after hours enquiries.

We expect the room to be left in a clean and presentable manner. All dishes are too be washed and rubbish to be put down the rubbish chute.

The apartment is perfectly located facing the main beach of surfer paradise with very nice view over the beaches for sun rise view. There are all sorts of convenient stores and restaurant found at the ground floor of the apartment, and also Coles is available too at ground floor. Surfer Paradise beach is just 2-3 min walk away too.
Highly recommend for anyone who want to have a best experience in surfer paradise with reasonable price stay.
Great experience all round. The apartment was everything we had hoped for and more, beautiful views, good sized rooms and all the amenities required. There is a Coles supermarket on the ground floor which was great for food shopping, a wonderful swimming pool in the complex, and allocated parking. Nothing about this stay was hard work, if anything it was very relaxing - would recommend to anyone!

Host is very Gd response. Apartment is very clean & nice to stay but the agent who deal with us is not so Gd service
We checked in late in the evening, approximately 9.30pm. Prior to check-in, we have informed the office ourselves and left our numbers whom they mentioned will drop us an SMS to inform us where to collect the keys. They did when we arrive at the Brisbane airport. The 2-rooms apartment faces the beach, city and hinterland, viewing from the balcony at level 21. Dryer, washing machine, air-conditioning, fridge, cooking utensils, oven, microwave, cutlery, towels, etc are all included in the apartment and certainly you will feel like home. Apartment is in an excellent location and 5mins walk to Surfer's Paradise beach area with all amenities at stone throw. Supermarket (Coles) is just downstairs! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
On the 3rd day, when we returned to the apartment in the evening, we received a notice outside the door citing Hot-water supply was cut off! We called Origin which could not help as office is already closed and also contacted Gemma via Airbnb email as this is the only way to contact her and office already closed! It was the first day of Chinese New Year, and with Cyclone Marcia happening and raining whole day thru, my family (with 2 young kids) went to the swimming pool toilet (also closed and locked up) and we can't bathe. It was a bad way to start off the Chinese New Year. Gemma responded via email she will call the office in the morning to resolve this. Reason for the cut off is something I would not want to mention as it may be embarrassing.
Gemma do respond and I believe she did all she could to help and hot water was re-instated back the next day late morning. I guess this is a very rare occurrence. I would still recommend this apartment, just make sure you have office and Gemma contact ready and if there is any issue, just contact them and they will respond and resolve.
Overall, we still have a very pleasant stay at this apartment over 8 days and we returned the apartment in the same condition as we received it and have all the towels washed and dried as well.
Our host Murray was on time and very welcoming. He took us to the room and showed us the apartment and went through what was available at the complex. We were very happy with the whole process and the accommodation was amazing. Thank You.
