Check-in and Communication both received two stars. I sent three paragraphs worth of very detailed and descriptive information on how to check-in in advance of your stay. I answered your phone call at almost 1:00 in the morning and got out of bed to come outside to retrieve the keys for you that were very clearly marked.
I would have been happy to assist you with the Apple TV had you communicated with me that it was not working.
Accuracy also received three stars and areas of improvement were "photos and missing details." I recently painted my bathroom and those photos have not been updated but unless you were offended by the paint color, the photos display exactly what you receive. I'm also not sure what details were missing.
Location received TWO stars. I am, again, unsure as to how this could possibly be my "fault." The general, almost accurate, location of my home appears on the listing before booking. You were aware of where the home was located prior to booking.
And last but not least, value which received a SINGLE star. My place is $30 where you receive your own personal bedroom and bathroom with a very comfortable bed. I don't even feel like apologizing for the pillows because that is such a ridiculous thing to complain about as it is personal preference and accommodating for every single guest is absurd.
I really thought you were a great guest and truly have no complaints but would like to defend your terrible rating of my home which has NEVER received a total star rating of less than 5.
