We do offer towels for your stay, at a free of charge, and after reviewing your account I was not able to find any charges for towels. The rest of the rooms amenities are not included as mentioned on the description of the listing.
Unfortunately Telstra had an outage in some buildings of the CBD that was not under our control, apologies for being affected by it.
The washing machine does work in current order, however being a washer and dryer included, does take long time compared to separate units, we apologise for any delays.
