Located off Rincón’s famed Route 413, the “Road to Happiness,” Kahuna is a modern, spacious home ideal for families and friends. Enjoy sweeping valley and Caribbean Sea views, wall-to-wall glass, and expansive terraces designed by cutting-edge New York architects. Features include 4BR/3.5BA, full kitchen, A/C in bedrooms, WiFi, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, pool, beach gear, workout equipment, plus backup power and water.
The space
This villa features a private pool, ocean views, a fully equipped outdoor grill, and a dedicated fitness studio. Enjoy premium sound with the Sonos system. The home includes two reliable backup power sources—solar with Tesla batteries and a generator for essential circuits (lights, fans, refrigerator). A 700-gallon cistern provides backup water. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the property sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the house. Please stay out of the locked closet marked OWNERS and the gated cage in the garage that has surfboards and other equipment that is not for renters' use.
Other things to note
Be sure to visit the Art Walk on Thursday nights in the Rincon Plaza (local artists, restaurants, Rincon Beer co) and the Sunday morning for the Farmers Market in Aguada (organic local vegetables, fruits, honey, etc). The Rincon Light House has some amazing views and beautiful sunsets. If you have time to explore a little, take a trip to the beautiful cliffs of Cabo Rojo light house. They are spectacular & visit the San Sebastian waterfalls.

Exceptions to the rule apply
Due to severe allergies, the owners cannot allow any animals in the house, even service animals. Please respect this rule.
There are exterior security cameras at the entry access points on the property.
We are located on the western point of the island.
We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce.
To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.
