  • This very hospitable, clean and relaxing Riad is a great stay for anyone coming to Marrakech. It is centrally located in the Medina but not too far from primary points of interest (Jemma El Fna square/ Tannery/ BabKhemis market etc). Ivan and Nicolas are very pleasant and helpful and are able to provide you with valuable information and help you out - as they did with me - with any last minute changes for accommodation or expeditions.

Tips: If you haven't traversed the Medina before understand that it can be confusing but if you stick to your guns on a map to guide you to the Riad you should be fine. Or otherwise you can grab a touk touk to the Riad. However it is hard bargaining a reasonable price. This applies for everything in Marrakech its a real centre of commerce and prices should be haggled over.

  • A wonderful stay: beautiful riad in a perfect central location (and the best breakfast we have ever had!) Nicholas and Ivan were enormously helpful with tips before and during our stay, and helped us organise a day trip out of the city too. Definitely ask them to help organise your taxi to the riad as it would be near impossible to navigate first time on your own! Overall a sure 5*, and we would definitely return for another trip!

  • This is indeed a very beautiful riad in the center of the medina.

    The Good:
    - The place is absolutely beautiful. There is a lovely terrace as well as an area downstairs to relax.
    - Ivan, the manager, speaks perfect English and is extremely accommodating and helpful in every way.
    - Breakfast is delicious and they serve it at your convenience.
    - Very centrally located within the medina. Close to everything but tucked away enough that it is very quiet.

    The OK (not bad):
    - The main street from the main square to the riad is insane. It is very characteristic of what you will experience in Marrakech in general, but the journey, especially with luggage and even just on a regular day without luggage, is extremely overwhelming. That being said, I think it is best to arrange with Nicolas for the 15€ transfer from the airport. We didn't do this because we thought the price was too high, but in reality it's worth spending the money to have someone with you to show you how to get there the first time and make you feel safe as you travel to an unfamiliar place for the first time.
    - The room we stayed in was very small, especially because we had 3 people, but even with two. But the price was great, so it's hard to complain. Just an FYI.

This all being said, I certainly recommend this riad.

  • We spent two nights in this beautiful riad. We were very warmly welcomed and felt from the very beginning a personal attitude. Very rich breakfast served on the top terrace was a real highlight. We warmly reccomend this accomodation.

  • We had an amazing experience. Just stayed one night but I really wanted to have stayed more. Amazing breakfast, really amazing. Ivan is the manager and a wonderful person, who let himself available for us all times and Nicolas was great too. They both did everything to make our trip comfortable. The bed is really good and the room is wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay here! :)

  • Beautiful riad, very safe, and a great experience. I dealt mainly with Nicolas, the owner of the riad, and Ivan, the manager. Nicolas was wonderful as a point of contact and saw to it that I had contact information for the riad. Ivan took care of all of our day to day needs and is always available 24/7. He was a great resource for us and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, even meeting us at Djeema al Fna and walking us down the streets to the riad the first day to ensure we didn't get lost in the maze of the medina. I highly recommend staying here when in Marrakech. I am planning to stay here the next time I am in the city.

  • We (a couple with two grown kids) staied here withing two nice days.
We were happy having choosen this riad. Everything was the best.
Our kids were like in an arabian fairy tale.
The manager (Ivan) was very helpfull. He met us on the parking and led us to the riad. After shown the way one time more to be sure.

There were a heater in every room so the December nights were warm.

The internet modem was given. Morning cleaning was made.

The breakfast was very, very good and varied.

Nicolas is a nice person. He helped us with finding the points in Marrakech we need.

So we highly reccomend this riad.

Thank you very much, Nicolas and Ivan
