A working ranch nestled in the rolling hills of Nicasio Valley, Cow Track Ranch is family owned & operated where we raise black Angus and Texas Longhorn cattle on 500 acres and the property is also a venue for special events and media production.
Melissa works in healthcare, manages all of the ranch operations and and is carrying on her mom Liz’s legacy with artisan garden soaps & rosemary/lavender cooking salts along with special branded gifts, available for purchase during your stay! Dr. Bruce and Liz purchased the ranch which was a former dairy in 1986 - and together, they worked diligently to tend to the land, raise healthy cattle and grow certified organic produce where we continue maintain the same organic practices in our day to day lives. As a third generation rancher and farmer, I am excited to share our piece of heaven with you, as a guest.

I work full time and since this is a working ranch, I am usually outside doing chores in the late afternoon and weekends.

Please make yourself at home should I miss you for a meet and greet!
