The Dome in Sedona was s thoroughly enjoyable experience! Kimberly was delightful and very helpful with restaurant and hiking recommendations.
The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the surroundings are magical. It was like living in Jeanie's bottle for two days! ( that's a reference to the old tv show...its a good thing!)
We would return in a heartbeat.
Thank you Kimberly and Jason.
Kimberly was very friendly and welcoming. The room was fantastic, very comfortable and warm with fun, eclectic decorations. The bathroom is separate in the main house which was a little awkward.
Kimberly was waiting on the stoop for me when I arrived. Her hospitality is warm and genuine. There is peace, privacy and inspiration at this location. If you are looking for a laid back come-as-you-are setting this is THE PLACE.
Kim and Jason were a delight to stay with! Everything was as could be expected (the description of the dome was perfect). The neighborhood was nice and quiet, very peaceful, and only a 15 - 20 min drive from downtown Sedona. It would be a great starting point in the mornings for anyone wishing to see Sedona, Jerome, Montezuma Castle and anything in between. I arranged for my mom and I to stay there for just over a week. I'm so glad we had that much time to really get to know Kim and Jason and enjoy the magic of the entire experience. They've kinda become family...! We would stay with them again in a heartbeat. Universe-willing, this won't be the last time! Namasté, Kim & Jason & all your four-legged friends -- you're all awesome, and anyone would be lucky to stay with you. :)
I was in Sedona for two weeks for a class and I wanted to stay where I could enjoy the beauty of Sedona. I could have stayed in town at a hotel, but I was looking for a more "home" feeling. The Gypsy Dome was exactly what I needed. Kimberly & Jason welcomed me and made me feel like I was a dear friend and not a guest. Everything was exactly as described. The location was a little bit further from town then I had anticipated, but that just made travelling so much more rich. I have the most beautiful memories of a most incredible experience. I can't wait to come back to Sedona and the beautiful Gypsy Dome. Thank you, Kimberly & Jason!!
Our stay in the Dome was perfect! I was traveling through from Santa Fe to San Diego with my GF and our two dogs and decided to stop in Sedona overnight. Kimberly was more than happy to accommodate us all very last-minute and just had great energy from the beginning. We arrived in the evening and she let us get settled and warm (it was snowy) and showed us the main house where she told us we were welcomed to anything from food to the shower! We also met her husband and little dog, Hoss, and two kitties-all very sweet. It was a bit cold to hang out outside, but the entire place is full of warm healing energy: painted rocks outside, crystals and sage and cards and tons of reading material inside. We are in animal rescue and quickly discovered that Kimberly rescues and heals horses!! We spent the entire next morning with her at her ranch bonding with her beautiful horses, thankfully she was happy to share them with us. The dome itself is perfect, of course. Charming, rustic, woodsy, eclectically decorated. However, what strikes you more than its charm is the energy. We were sad to leave after such a short time-Kimberly offered us a longer stay in her Airstream as she had people coming to rent the dome, but we had to get back for school. We will definitely visit again!!
Kim and Jason were wonderful hosts. They made me feel welcome and made sure I had everything I needed, especially during an unusual snowstorm in Sedona. The dome is a magical place.I am so happy I had the chance to stay there.
