Oliver grew up in Charlottesville and we have both lived here for the past ten years. This apartment is in a house that we renovated.
This house has other apartments and the neighborhood is quiet. We encourage our guests to keep the rough-housing at the bars and keep the noise down inside past 10:00.
Stayed at two of Oliver and Natasha's places. They were great hosts, easy to communicate with and check in and out was a breeze. Natasha was friendly and accommodating, didn't get a chance to meet Oliver. Would definitely go back. Loved the Fifeville house. Thanks!
Would highly recommend staying here. Much thought and work has been put into this unit, and it is infinitely more comforting to stay in than a hotel. Easy walking access to UVA and street parking if necessary. 5/5.
Oliver was incredibly quick to respond and accommodating. The studio is very clean, bright and comfortable. I rented this for my parents during a visit, and my 83 year old father who is neither nimble nor quick was able to climb the two steps into the lofted bed without issue.
The unit was clean, bright and comfortable. I really enjoyed staying (website hidden) was within walking distance to downtown and shops too.Hosts were easy to deal with when needed.
My boyfriend and I met in Charlottesville for a weekend get away. We were traveling from opposite directions and Oliver/Natasha were very accommodating when it came to our arrival time. We met Natasha to get the keys, she showed us around and was on her way. Before leaving she made it known that if we had any questions about the area or any issues/ anything we needed to just shoot her or Oliver a text and they'd be happy to help out. The apartment is small but perfect for 1/2 guests. After leaving, we realized we had left an important piece of jewelry in the apartment. With a quick text to Oliver we were able to retrieve it (even though it was after our checkout time). Overall, we had a great stay. We will definitely consider renting from Oliver & Natasha on any future trips back to the area!

I grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia and live here with my wife, Natasha and our exceptional dog Lika. We have had many amazing experiences both as hosts and guests on airbnb and are always excited to host fellow travelers.
We have both recently transitioned to working for ourselves in order to have more flexible schedules and allow for more travel. To celebrate we went on a 10 month trip to South and Central America, beginning with the World Cup in Brazil! We are glad to be back in town and excited to be hosting again.
We are adventurous and outdoorsy, have a passion for good food and Virginia wine. We are huge fans of our community and look forward to sharing ideas and insider tips with you so you can enjoy Charlottesville to its fullest.
