About This Listing
House "Nautilus" is a comfortably furnished apartment situated in a late 800 building, in the center of old town La Spezia, very close to central railway station and car-free zone.
We offer two rooms, a double and a suite, a bathroom and a kitchen.
Our apartment is an ideal starting point for trips and excursions to Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Sarzana, etc.
All the main means of transport terminals are nearby.
All the essential services (shops, markets, restaurants, laundries, internet centers, parking lots, taxi, bycicles) are available in the immediate vicinity.
We'll be very happy to provide information, suggestions and material about places to visit and public events like the "Palio del Golfo" (a very popular rowing competition taking place the first Sunday in August).
We are currently planning to integrate the offer to our guests with trips in our private boat to the Golfo dei Poeti. It's the best way to appreciate its natural beauties.

The appartment is wide, very nice and well equipated. We had a great time in La Spezia. Guido is a very good host and person.
We stayed at Guido's house for two nights. His house was positioned perfectly as a base to tour Cinque Terre and La Spezia. The house itself was large, comfortable and suited our needs as a family of four. Lots of shops and supermarket within walking distance and 5 minute walk from the train station. Overall the stay was good, very hot at night, but it stated there wasn't an air conditioner, so that is not a complaint, just an observation. Location is perfect, house is comfortable.
Guido's place is amazing! La Spezia is a perfect base to visit Cinque Terre; the place is huge and beatiful and very close to the train station. We were traveling with two kids and we had no problem finding the place and my kids loved it! Thank you Guido for being very detailed and explain everything very well for our visit to Cinque Terre.
Gudio was very helpful! He gave us advice on trains from Pisa to La Spezia and offered to pick us up when there was a train strike but luckily we were able to get on the trains in the end. He gave us very clear directions to the apartment and met us at the entrance. He gave us a good tour and a very good long list of cool places to visit. The apartment was well stocked with essentials, cleaning supplies, towels, books, etc. The apartment was an easy walk to the train station for visiting Cinque Terre towns during the day. It also very close to restaurants, shops and a supermarket.
I had to drop my luggages due to my early arrival, he kindly let us leave the bags in his garage and gave us lots of recommendations to go around cinque terre.
Not only that, the place is huuugeee. I think about 6people can stay with no stress, even 10ppl could fit it. Hahhaha
Also there is a small supermarket right below.
I defiantly recommend Guido's place, my dad wanted to stay longer in cinque terre just because Guido's place was amazing hahah
Thank you so much for your kindness and your hospitality!
I will defiantly come back
Guido was extremely nice and patient in waiting for us at the main door when we had almost an hour train delay from the agreed check-in time. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and its location is perfect for a visit to Cinque Terre! Great value and would recommend to all visiting the area!
Отличное месторасположение рядом с вокзалом и ресторанами, квартира большая, есть все необходимое и даже больше, наш ребенок зависал, играя в местные игрушки :) нам все очень понравилось!
