Host not present but reacted promptly on sms messages. Beautiful chalet. No breakfast provided. (what we could have known from the extensive communication that we received before) WiFi not working or provider not providing.
There appears to have been some confusion with Ge’s reservation. My listing clearly states that the rental is an entire house and the rental is not owner occupied and thus no breakfast, etc., nor are those options checked as amenities. Those options were apparently expectation of his rental. There also appears to have been an issue with connecting to the chalet’s wireless connection that also caused possible confusion and frustration. The chalet was left in a clean, respectful condition and communication to Ge was via email and text message but only returned by text message, which caused some confusion, but was overall timely and helpful.
The reservation was canceled 2 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
