The house is awesome , good location and Miglen is so nice , he give me a lot of information about the Athens , if I go to Athens again, I will stay in the same house :)
Miglen was able to accommodate my last minute request to stay, which was great. He even arranged to have someone there to meet me at midnight when I arrived. The lady, Flower, who met me was very lively with a positive energy. Miglen also responds very quickly to any messages that you send him, although I never met him in person. The room was warm and cozy. The only thing I didn't like were the bathrooms. They were very old and outdated and I could not take a proper shower. The shower head did not mount on the wall. I had to stand in the bathtub and hold the showerhead with my hand. Although, there was daily cleaning, I noticed the same stains on the sides and the bottoms of the toilets were never removed over the course of my five night stay. All of the water in the apartment (kitchen sink, bathroom sinks) was cold with the exception of the water for the bathtub. Breakfast was served daily (Toast, jam, butter, coffee and orange juice). Outside of my occasional sightings of Flower, the atmosphere was impersonal (which is great of you don't want to be bothered). The place is really close to the metro, but I had a hard time finding it (especially at night) because the street is small and discreet. I walked around in circles for an hour before getting into a cab. Even with map, the taxi driver couldn't find it and had to stop at the police station for directions. Overall, I would recommend this location to one who is more "budget-conscious"; it's not for one who is "comfort-conscious."
Unbeatable price. Really close to the metro. Very satisfied. Good breakfast every morning.
The location is near Metro station, but I still spend a while to fine it. Room is great, have kitchen also, Wifi is good too. Although I didn't meet Miglen, but his Friend Flower did give me a lot oh information about this city. It's really helpful. Thank you guys~
The place is a real good option, if you are looking for an inexepensive alternative to a hostel or even a Budget Hotel. If your are looking for a quiet place with personal residental contact, it is not the place. Nice and really helpful people though...
Miglen is very welcoming and tries to accomodate you as much as he can. Close to metro station and walking distance of Acropoli. I have to pass by Athens again so I might be back! Thanks.
Wonderful stay there. Cozy and excellently placed, close to basically everything! And hosts were really kind and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE.
