This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom villa with large pool and terrace has been recently renovated in a contemporary style. It is ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood about a kilometre from the centre of St Rémy, easy walking distance to its many boutiques, cafés, restaurants and bars, the weekly outdoor market, galleries and museums. There is parking area for 2 cars. Enjoy the Provençal lifestyle here with a glass or two of local rosé whilst relaxing by the pool after a day of sightseeing.

The space
Ground Floor:
Terrace with dining table and casual sitting area, entry, living/dining room opening onto the terrace, well-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, study, laundry, separate toilet.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 has a 160cm wide bed and ensuite with a shower and basin and doors opening onto the terrace.
Bedroom 2 has 2 x single beds (80cm wide) which can be joined to make a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds (80cm wide) which can be joined to make a queen bed and doors opening onto the terrace.
Bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
Terrace with casual chairs to enjoy the view of Les Alpilles (little alps).
