This country guest house is very clean with a simple design. It's conveniently located seven miles away from Short Pump where you can enjoy dining, shopping, and entertainment. You will experience a quite relaxing retreat without leaving the city. We provide 4G wireless hotspot internet and a comfortable computer working space for business travelers.
Grocery stores, business center, and banks are nearby. The home owners live in the main house and we are happy to assist with your stay.

The space
The guest house offers approx. 450 sq/ft of living space. Self check in and stair free entrance. Two conjoined rooms offer one queen bed, one full bed, and one full size sofa bed. We offer comfortable bedding sheets, duvets, and pillowcases. It has one bathroom (toilet, stand up shower, sink) and comes with wireless 4G hotspot for internet and a smart tv (access for Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc...) for viewing entertainment. The pool will be close from Oct-early May. THE UNIT DOES NOT HAVE CABLE TV ACCESS OR KITCHEN.

We are located just a four miles from I-295 and about ten minutes from I-95 and I-64. Winding two lane country roads lead you to our location in a quiet country/farming neighborhood on Ashland Rd. just off of Rt. 33 in Glen Allen. Restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and business/shipping center are 4 miles away. A large shopping center (Short Pump Town Center) and entertainment are 7 miles away.
