The Villa is 160 sqm consists of 3 floors with kitchen, dining/living room in one, spacious 4 bedrooms with access to balcony , nice bathroom on each bedroom, and well furnished with elegant furnitures. Perfect for families w/children, couples traveling together , honeymoon, weddingbase. 4 parking 2 carport & 2 beside .

We upgradated our home, in 2021. New tills , repainted hole house with cool olcean grey coluor.

Ground floor you will find the entrance area with park for 1 to 2 cars, living room with open kitchen and backyard where you can sit and rest. Barbecue opportunity at backyard.
One bedroom for the kids with a bunk bed for 3 children or adults. In addition also a toilet.
