Blankets are always provided and we certainly don't make an extra charge for doing so. Hard to understand that complaint, we will investigate, Perhaps a request was made to one of our staff for extra blankets? Even so, it is not our policy to charge for extra blankets if guests feel cold and want more. Wifi was not unavailable, it was slow because at the peak holiday season guests streaming videos and films had used up the bandwith allocated for the month, and Globe Telecom while offering an extended bandwith did not actually provide it when requested to do so. This reply is in fact being sent from the wifi complained of, so not unavailable. We do have another wifi available at nearby Tiptop Vacation Homes which can be used by Lani's Place guests in the public areas. We note your comments about garbage bags, but our staff would have been happy to provide additional bags, and to dispose of garbage, had they been requested to do so. So sorry that you stay was less than perfect, it was a very busy time but we do try to respond promptly to any guest requests even at busy times.
