Nicholas' place was great. The perfect spot in Hell's Kitchen for my 1-night stay. I really enjoyed the private room and its peaceful location. Wasn't loud or anything. Spacious and exactly what I needed.

Very accommodating host, he is a really polite and sweet guy. The bedroom was very clean, and the bathroom was okay considering the amount of people that probably book this airbnb.
