One gated parking and include security in all the building, all the common areas have security cameras, keyed entrances to the building and a 24 hour Security Guard at the Main Lobby. The building have a coin-laundry room and a activity room in the lobby level. The Building have 3 big elevators so you don't have to wait, neither have to make different trips for your luggage or shopping.

This apartment is located at one end of this quite neighborhood called Miramar that have its bounds, 3 minutes in car, with The Old San Juan and Condado area. When stay at this apartment you have the opportunity to get out and enjoy all your activities, then come to rest at the end of the day without the uproar of the nearby areas.

Our wish is that you enjoy your vacation, these rules are intended to make your stay more pleasant and for us to maintain low prices.
Please be considerate with your neighbors, some of them live there and others are in vacations too, maintain reasonable noises (Keep low level noises between 10pm – 7am). Left the sand in the beach, PETS AND SMOKING ARE NOT ALLOWED and keep the apartment entrance door closed while your stay.
NOTE: You don't have to clean it for the check out, BUT PLEASE, leave the property in the same conditions you found it, for example:
-Do not leave food leftovers in the refrigerator, neither in the dishes and pans nor anywhere in the apartment.
-Do not left glasses or cups on the wood furniture, it tends to damage it.
-Do not throw anything (Ex.: chew gums, cigarettes butts, garbage, etc.) through the windows or off balcony.
-Throw the garbage at the maintenance room in the hallway, is next door of apartment 613.
-If you rearrange the furniture or accessories of decoration, PLEASE return it where you found it before check out time.
-Please let us know if extended checkout is possible. If without previous advise or permission your check out is later as agreed, it will incur in an extra charge.
-If at the checkout time we notice that it takes more time to clean the property of which is supposed to, because of your stay, its incur in an extra CLEANING FEE of $20.00. This extra cleaning fee will cover another maintenance person needed to clean and have it ready for the next guest check in at 2pm.
Loss of parking and lobby entrance key is a $75.00 fee, loss entrance card is a $75.00 fee, loss of the rest of each key is a $25.00 fee ea. Loss or damage of remote controls of A/C's, TV or DVD/CD player are a $75.00 fee. The apartment, its equipments, furniture and its goods must be hand over, to the hosts/owners at the checkout, in the same or good condition like in the check in, otherwise its incur in an extra charge to cover the repair or replacement.
Please help the environment turning off the A/C's and lights while you were out.
