Located in a quiet and secluded cove perfect for couples and travelers who want to enjoy their privacy without other tourists around. Our cottage is situated on a hill just a few steps to a pristine white sand beach with an amazing view of the ocean, stunning sunsets surrounded by the nature. Remoteness, seclusion & privacy is what we offer and total relaxation is what our guests rave about us. Experience an authentic Filipino accommodation & hospitality at one of the best islands in the world!

The space
Our cozy beach cottage is designed to be a relaxing abode for travelers who want to experience a real tropical Filipino vibe with modern amenities. It is beautifully furnished with a combination of natural materials and wood paneling all around, flooring is also real hardwood.

Our cottage is carefully decorated with little details to make your stay special and unique. Our platform bed is real hard wood handmade by our local carpenters complete with a comfortable mattress and soft linens. En suite is a cozy bathroom with a hot shower using solar heater and a tub to relax in when nights are warmer.

Our private kitchen is just a few steps down the hill where you can enjoy watching the spectacular ocean and sunset views and the locals fishing while sitting on the balcony, waiting for your home cooked meals to be served.

We purposely designed our kitchen to be a place for eating with a view and for hanging out when a break from the beach is in order. Our fully equipped kitchen also has wood finish all around and a bar counter to eat at.

Our construction meets modern standards with a tropical, rustic and vintage design situated on a hill where you can have an unobstructed view of the ocean. Our property is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and tall trees, where birds and other wildlife live. Enjoy our private white powdery beach just a few steps down along with a small open cabana, swing bed and a picnic table.

Hiking, snorkeling, boating are some of the fun activities you can do here. Swim at the beach to your hearts content where the blue sparkling, clean water is so inviting, it is hard to resist.

Our guests are businessmen/women, professionals, husband and wife team, travel partners from around the world who want to have a place to unwind from their busy life back home. Our place is so exotic and peaceful, a nature lover’s favorite. A perfect off the beaten tropical getaway!

Guest access
Please know we are not a hotel or a resort. Our place is a residential home with caretakers to help you during your stay.

We only accept ONE BOOKING AT A TIME, meaning you are the only guest/s we have in our whole property and possibly the only tourist/s in the entire cove.

You can access the fishing villages on either side of the cove by walking or by riding our boat. If you like to hike, go further up our hill and enjoy the mountain and ocean views. The villages beyond are accessible by motorcycle and along the way are some breathtaking ocean views. A paddle boat is available for use to ride near the cove. Ask our caretaker if you want to do some snorkeling and touring the nearby coves as this requires a much bigger boat to rent from the next door village.

We are truly “The Lost Traveler” coming here in your own rental car is a bit tricky, so plan ahead, know the area so you won’t get lost. We have very few specific trusted drivers who know our location, and the last 2 hours travel is over undeveloped, unmarked roads without easily identifiable landmarks which at times due to weather conditions become nearly impassable.

If you choose to self drive to get here, and in the case of getting lost along the way, there will be an extra charge which includes last minute hiring of extra help while our caretaker is away and motorcycle maintenance in order to fetch you at your location.

Other things to note
Our place is only open from September to July. The rest of the year we are close for the season.

Neighborhood highlights

Our property is located in a very remote part of Palawan island, in the northwest where most tourists have yet to discover. The cove where our property is located is between two fishing villages. Both can be accessed by foot or by boat. The people are very friendly and it is safe. There are 2+ hectares with a 60 meter beach front. Beyond our property to the south end of the undeveloped cove, there are an additional couple hundred meters of beach line with one small beach hut structure. On the north end there is only one local neighbor.
