The space
Welcome to Mickey Mouse Pad!
Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located in Windsor Hills Resort, a Five Star resort less than 2 miles from the main entrance of Disney World. From our resort, it will take you just 5 minutes by car to reach the "Happiest Place on Earth"!
Universal Studios and Seaworld are about a 15 minute drive. There are over 100 restaurants and numerous supermarkets within a 5 minute drive from our condo.
The living room has comfortable seating for everyone, a 65 " Smart TV, BluRay player and an assortment of family friendly DVDs.
The dining table has seating for 6 to enjoy a family meal together.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast for the fam including a Keurig, standard coffee maker, toaster, Mickey toaster, Mickey waffle maker, blender, slow cooker and much more. Pots, pans, silverware and flatware are also provided. Did I mention that there are Disney themed BPA free plates, cups and bowls for your little ones?
The master bedroom has a queen bed with 12" memory foam matress and a 50" Smart TV. There is a walk-in closet to store your belongings. All beds in our home have high quality memory foam mattresses. The ensuite master bath has a walk-in shower.
The highlight of our home is the Mickey themed kids bedroom which has a bunk bed that can sleep 4 people (twin + full + twin trundle). There is a 50" Smart TV, Xbox One and a collection of XBOX One games. Too young for Xbox? No problem, we have a number of toys for your toddlers to keep them occupied. The kids room also features a foosball table and numerous board games for some old fashioned fun. Across the hallway is the Mickey themed bathroom with dual head shower/ hand shower for a quick shower for your little ones.

The screened-in patio which has a bistro table and seating for two has a partial view of the nightly Disney Fireworks!

Our unit is on the fourth floor. There are two elevators in the building for your convenience. Our door is just 20 steps from elevator. There is ample parking right outside our building. Parking in our resort is free.
Our front door is equipped with a highly secure number lock which provides keyless access to the condo.
Around 10 days before you arrive we will email you your welcome packet with our address, your unique door code and other useful info.
When you arrive at the resort, you would first register at the main gates with the security officers who are available 24x7 and then you may head to our condo and let yourself in using the door code that was provided to you.
Check-in time is after 4PM. Since there are no keys to collect, you can arrive any time after 4PM no matter how late reach Orlando.

Guest access
Guests will have access to entire condo.
Guests will have access to all resort amenities in Windsor Hills at no additional cost.
Resort amenities include:

Other things to note
RESORT POOL CLOSURE: SEPTEMBER 4, 2024 to OCTOBER 3, 2024
The resort pool will be closed for resurfacing during the above mentioned dates. The water park with the water slides will remain open as always during this time.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
Like all vacation rentals in the Orlando area, our home is a "self-catered" vacation home. Guests are responsible for providing all cleaning supplies, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper goods and other personal items for their use.
The following starter supplies will be provided in the unit prior to guest’s arrival.
• One toilet paper roll per bathroom
• One small bar of soap per bathroom
• One roll of paper towels
• One dish sponge
• One trash bag in each receptacle
• One dishwasher detergent tab
• One laundry detergent sample
• One small bottle of dish soap
• Starter coffee packet
Any food left behind by the guest, including condiments, non-perishable food items and spices will be discarded to comply with the Florida State Regulations.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check in time: 4PM (or later)
Check out time: 10AM
VALET TRASH PICKUP:
There is valet pickup 6 days of the week (other than Wednesdays) from the trash receptacle (bench) outside our front door.
Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the bench. Trash may not be left outside OR on the bench. Loose trash will not be picked up. Excess trash that does not fit inside bench should be disposed at the nearest dumpster.
CLEANING:
Our home is cleaned and inspected by professional cleaners prior to your arrival. Mid-stay cleans or daily housekeeping is not included in the quoted rental rate. If you require mid stay cleans, please let us know , so we can give you an updated quote depending on the number of mid-stay cleans you require.
