Small and cozy apartment ideal for a couple that wants to explore the area of Cascais. The apartment has all the furnitures and utensilis for your vacations and it is located in a nice and calm area, faraway from the crowded and loudy spots. However, the center is just from 5 min by car and there are some shops around the area.

The space
The apartment is small but super cozy with all the necessary and new furniture to give you the best vacations. The living room is quite large and there is a lot of sun light during all day. The sofa turns into a couple bed and we provide the bed sheets. There is also a small balcony with a plate that protects you from the sun and where you can eat the breakfast in the morning or read a book in the late afternoon. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and cutlery; stove and oven; fridge and freezer; and microwave. The bathroom also has the usual furniture and we offer you some fixtures like the use of hairdryer. There is also wi-fi in the entire place and the parking car outside the building is totally free.

The area sorround the apartment is very quiet and calm but still, you have a lot of cafes to eat the breakfast and some good restaurants. There is a supermarket on a 3 min walk and a lot of shops in the main street which is around 5 min walk.

Me and my brother Miguel, are the ones responsible for managing the apartment and give you the best outcomes to fulfill your expectations in the trip. Talking about ourselves, we are 30 and 34 years old, and between us, we already traveled for more than 30 countries. I lived in the United States, Miami. There, I took a Master Degree in International Business and I had the opportunity to meet and interact with a lot of people in a multicultural community, from Latinos to Asians. My brother Miguel took a Bachelor Degree in Tourism and a PostGraduate in Event Management, and he always loved to travel, meeting new places and new people, and at least he visit 4 different new countries per year. Since we always have a lot of friends from different ethnicities and economic classes, we define us as adaptable and friendly persons. HOUSE RULES:

Low noise after 22h: Mostly of our neighbors are aging people, which go to bed early. Therefore, we would like to ask you to not doing noise after 22h. Actually, Cascais is so wonderful during the day that you should follow one of the oldest Portuguese saying: “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.”

No pets: We love pets, really. Unfortunately, due to bad experiences in the past, we can´t allow it to enter in the apartment.

Touristic Tax:
Dear guest, please note that from the 1st of April 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid at the check in time. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.
