Away from it all location. Secluded rural property in 6 ha of fields & woods. Self-catering accommodation in converted barn and annex. Suitable for couples or several adults or friends holidaying together. Not suitable for families with small children. Owners live on site. Perfect for walkers, countryside & nature lovers. Shared pool 7x4m octagonal wooden frame above ground with deck & gazebo. 5 km to village & shops.
A studio for 2 is also advertised for rental together or separately.

The space
The main gîte is a converted barn, which maintains its character while offering comfortable living areas and a well-equipped kitchen. Open plan kitchen & dining, a living area with stairs up to the mezzanine/gallery with a large double bed; off the mezzanine is a shower room, and a twin bedroom. Second shower/toilet downstairs, and utility room.
Annexed to the Barn is the Tower, reached by the garage dining area. The annex has a bedroom on the second floor with 2 single beds and ensuite shower toilet. The Barn sleeps up to 4; or 2 + 2 people in the annex. Can be booked with the studio for 2 to sleep 6 persons in 3 bedrooms. The annex and the studio are not heated so not available in cold months.

Guest access
The buildings (owners' house, main gîte and studio) surround a sunny courtyard, with a barbecue for guests, which opens onto meadows. Every building has its own access and private outdoor sitting area. The shared pool is in a quiet spot behind the buildings with a view over fields. Parking area for 2 guest cars. Guests may roam freely throughout the property and into fields and woods. The property is not suitable for children. Adults only.

Other things to note
This is a rural property, 5 km from shops. There are some low beams and stairs in the gîte. Velux roof windows, some with blinds. A studio for two is also available and may be let separately, or booked with the Barn and Tower.
