The space
Climate controlled, new quiet and cold AC unit with portable heater / room fan. Fully furnished studio apartment for two with a new queen size bed, thoroughly equipped kitchen with mini-fridge and freezer, microwave oven, single 1000 watt infrared electric stove top and butcher block cutting board with an array of knives and dishes and a coffee maker with fresh coffee. Attractive skylights, shared full size washer and dryer, spacious 3/4 bathroom with full size shower stall. Relaxing shared backyard with a fenced-in smoke friendly covered patio area to lock up your bike. Whole house water filter so every faucet and shower head has clean filtered water readily available. Wi-Fi enabled 43" 4K Smart TV, youtube and all of the "over the air" free network HD channels. Super Nintendo Classic with 21 games and cable extensions so you can relax in bed and game it up. All the essentials are here: full size closet space with hangers, luggage rack, ironing board and iron with an extra blanket in case it gets chilly. Towels, hair dryer, first aid kit and plenty of room in the lavatory. 24 hr video surveillance of free off-street parking areas and apartment exterior (not in private or indoor areas). Located in central Tempe near Arizona State University, the Mill Avenue Arts and Shopping District, Tempe Town Lake and within 5 miles to Sky Harbor International Airport in a quiet, historic Tempe neighborhood.

Other things to note
The studio apartment is conjoined to our home, sharing one common wall but is completely private with it's own separate entryway from the driveway and it's own separate exit to the back yard.

The exterior of the apartment, the free shared off-street parking areas and the conjoined house are monitored by 24 hr recorded video surveillance (not in private/indoor areas). Watch your step in and out of the bathroom (one step up / down) and watch your head.

PLEASE NO MAIL TO OUR ADDRESS. If you need to ship something to yourself, please look into UPS "Hold for Pick-up" service or a similar service. We cannot be liable for packages delivered to our address.

Self check-in is ANYTIME AFTER 5 PM and check-out is ANYTIME BEFORE NOON. We cannot accommodate early luggage drop off or early check-in / late check-out as the apartment is being cleaned, fresh linens dispersed, etc. for our next guest. Thanks for your understanding.
