About this listing
This one bedroom unit has harbour views from every room, a balcony to enjoy brekkie or a glass of vino and is only a 4 minute walk to either the ferry wharf and calm harbour beach, or also the other direction to the main manly beach! The afternoon sun flows into the apartment and is wonderful to enjoy, or you can step down to the harbour beach for the 'sunset sessions' which locals love, just pack a little picnic and your fav bevie.
This is the perfect base in Manly. The rooms are light and airy thanks to the large windows. Listen to the water gently lapping on the beach from the balcony or bed. This is a third floor unit on a quiet block - only two other units on the third floor.
We decided to remove the cleaning fee, and in return ask that you leave my apartment in the same condition as you find it. no need to hoover or vacum, yet please don't leave dirty dishes or a mess. From experience, most all guests do treat our house very well, so we hope you can continue this positive experience : )
You have access to the entire flat.
Interaction with guests
As this is my home, I will be away, yet perhaps will meet you on arrival or checkout. You can always contact me with questions during your stay.
Manly is home to some of the best beaches and trails in Sydney. Two large supermarkets are within walking distance as are bars, brewery, restaurants, coffee shops, take aways, pharmacies, bottle shops etc. The National park is about a 8 minute walk away with several km of walking trials. Snorkeling, surfing ad swimming are amazing just nearby.
The ferry is a five minute walk and the closest bus station is about 300meters away. While we are away with our car, you can use our parking space on the premises.
Other things to note
Laundry is across the hallway and free to use as you like, and we don't actually have a TV! With all the wonderful things around to enjoy, we don't need one, so hope that you can enjoy the area as well too.
I am a professional who loves to make the most of the early mornings/evenings/weekends in Manly. I'm usually found hiking, running or swimming somewhere nearby.
