We love our town and know you will too! Welcome home. We've got something for everyone at our centrally located home in Seminole Heights off 275- right smack next to USF, downtown Tampa, Ybor and 40 minutes from the world's best beaches.
Our 1927 home is the best way to get to know Tampa! The room available has the best view in the house, of our tropical and soothing backyard, but it is also neat, tidy and ready for your visit.
Wi-Fi and wireless printer. Washer and dryer! Full kitchen. EXTRA BIKE!! Backyard with hammock. Three porches with seating and firepit.
Interaction with Guests
I will be happy to interact as little or as much as my guest wishes. I am happy to steer you in the right direction you if you need a guide to my hometown.
We live in a historic part of town, but we are the coolest 'hood around- located blocks from grocery, pharmacy, gas etc. Also an easy on ramp onto 275! Please see Guidebook for more info on good places around town.
We are located on two main HART routes. We have an extra bicycle for your use and then highly recommend biking or using a car. Parking on street.
Other Things to Note
Long term guests welcome. I will provide personal room cleaning and linen service during a long term (one week +) for an additional $25. Laundry service also available $25 a week.
We do not allow smoking indoors. We do have three lovely porches.
No pets, please- there already are a few animals under our roof!
Smooth and enjoyable stay at a reasonable price. Anne and Benny are friendly and welcoming. The bedroom room is very well lit with plenty of windows. The house is cute with character and is in a good neighborhood with easy access to the major interstate (I75) which runs through Tampa. Parking is on the street. Airport is 20-30 minutes away.
There are 4 cats, they are friendly and welcoming. If you're not comfortable with cats or allergic, then you'll want to reconsider.
Great location, close to the freeway and within walking distance of a small grocery and a pub with dank beer and pub eats. Clean. Good wifi. Last but not least, a nice hostess :-)
Anne was great as the host. She was very nice and friendly i enjoyed talking to her. As with many airbnb hosts it seems we had things in Common. The area was as we expected . Anne did her best to make us feel at home offering food she had made (YUM) and made us coffee in the morning.
Anne was such a cool host!left her outstanding work to tell us everything we needed to know, baked some awesome bread and really made us feel like "mi casa su casa" in Every aspect!
And so sweet kitties! :)
Anne was an amazing host. Was very helpful with all of our questions and helping to plan out our trip. The room was spacious and the bed was beyond comfortable. Her house was a quick drive to downtown tampa (only about $12 for a cab). Very hospitable and would highly recommend her to anyone else staying in the area!
Anne was a delightful host. So caring. The house and room were great and super central, and she made sure we were comfortable and well supplied.
