Simon & Jules were just so easy to communicate with, with really appreciate that, thank you.
Just what we needed, intimate, inclusive and inspiring spaces, ever so quiet and slow paced, great walking, great laughter over badminton. We felt loved and nourished by your heartfelt beach shack.
Adored your outdoor hot shower, such a treat, yet everything about being there was such treat.
Humble gratitude and thanks Stephanie Jane and her merry mob of Fenians
Stephanie and her family were great guests. Easy to communicate with and warm. Having their family in the space, enjoying our creative journey with their children, as we once did, is amazing. Thanks for taking care of the shack and leaving it in great shape. Much appreciated. Many thanks.
What a wonderful place to stay! Just like a home away from home. Comfy beds and heating. The backyard was beautiful too. Quiet neighbourhood, so very relaxing. Simon made us very welcome and gave us all the information needed.
The cottage and the location were excellent. Simon has a recommended walk in his visitors book which I enjoyed very much. He went out of his way to ensure cottage was warm for us.
We enjoyed the artistic touches in the cottage.
A coastal retreat that provides a perfect balance of modern comfort and simple living. Simon's cottage provided an inspiring reminder of the joys of living simply amongst nature and the many benefits this offers, even if only for a weekend. The place provides a perfect balance of immense privacy away crowds, breathtaking nature walks and ocean views and the convenience of a quality food outlet and milk bar within walking distance of house.
My partner and I absolutely loved the place! Great location, well-maintained and lots of nice touches. We loved the outdoor shower, badminton court and the general cosy feel of the place. Simon was great to deal with and made the logistics very easy. Wish we could have stayed longer than a few days – can't wait to return!
The shack was quiet, clean and had great walks. It was everything we were looking for in a weekend away.
