Amazing new condo with open floor plan, 20 foot ceilings, huge windows, two enclosed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and all the amenities of modern living. In the heart of the Dogpatch nears lots restaurants, bars and public transport.
This 1270 square foot condo, part of a 4-unit building completed in 2010, boasts 25 foot ceilings and an open floor plan that is great for hanging out in, entertaining, cooking, and anything else you would expect in a modern home. There are large windows everywhere allowing tons of sunlight in throughout the day. The condo has central heat, ceiling fans and a gas fireplace. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and there are couches that can sleep additional people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large counter with 4 bar stools. The dining room table seats 6 regularly and with leaves, can handle an additional at least 8. There is WiFi and cable HDTV on a 55" flat panel with surround sound. An Apple TV or auxiliary in will allow you to blast tunes from just about anything.
Guests have access to both bedrooms, both bathrooms, use of all entertainment, the kitchen and all appliances, and pretty much everything else except for my liquor cabinet. Street parking is pretty easy.
I normally live in my home full time and will only be renting it out when I am traveling. Guests will likely never see me in person unless special arrangements are made. I will provide all instructions for getting in as well as how to use and access everything associated with the condo. I am easily reachable at a moment's notice via text messages and email and call back immediately. In the event I am not around, I will make sure a backup contact is in place to help.
At the moment, San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood is arguably the most up and coming neighborhood in the city. Many new restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and condo buildings have recently opened or have been completed and things are not slowing down. I love being in the combination of a quiet neighborhood but still in the city with so much within walking distance. AT&T Park, home of the SF Giants, is also just a mile away.
This condo is a short walk away from the 22nd Street Caltrain Station which can take you all the way to San Jose. It is also a short walk away from the T Line of the Muni Light rail transportation system which can take you to south of market, downtown, union square, Bart, and transfers easily to access the rest of the city. The 22 and 48 Muni bus lines are also within a couple of blocks. Street parking is easy.
David was such an excellent host. It was very easy to communicate with him and he responded in a quick and timely fashion. His place is absolutely amazing and really speaks for itself. This is truly what San Francisco living is all about. If you want a great experience of the city, I would highly recommend David and his condo.
