International Guest house has a wave of Hispanic colors with plans to keep making the house welcoming, inviting and sustainable...
We have kayaks, bicycles and fishing poles for use....
Space to camp ^
We have a colorful space that I would say is Mexican themed since my wife is from Mexico and we have spent a lot of time there. We also have plans to it more international and sustainable. My hope is each guest will help make the house more green and sustainable, so if you have any experience with that we would love the assistance. Also we open to you adding your creative talents to our house in whatever way possible; adding your personal touch. We have had previous guests draw, paint, murals, build shelves, raised beds, plant fruit trees, help build the compost and the list goes on......
Access to all common areas and fully prepared kitchen, where you can wow us with your cooking skills. We are always up for trying new food!!! :) It is not uncommon for community dinners at our place.

Interaction with Guests
My wife and I are both in our late 20's & early 30's and two years ago we traveled through central and south America. We enjoy meeting people from other places and we plan to interact with our guests as much as they would like.
Our house is 4 blocks away from Tampa Bay and Lassing Park which has a nice little beach. Plus when the tide goes out you can walk a fair distance into the water.
Our neighborhood is very artsy and eccentric. It was just designated an artist enclave. A lot of our neighbors have chickens and gardens and each house is very unique.
Close to Dali Museum, University of South Florida- St. Petersburg, Boyd Hill Nature Preserve, Downtown St. Petersburg
There is a bus stop on 4th street & 19th ave and this is about 1 block from my house. This route can take you all over the county or connect you with other routes and it this is route 4.
Greyhound bus station downtown St. Petersburg, 5 min. from the house
Clearwater & Tampa International Airport about 20min. from my house
At this time we do not allow pets inside the house
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and we would encourage you to follow the rule of leaving things better then you found them.
Shoes off in the house
We take pride in recycling and composting.
Chris is welcoming and accommodating. This was my first airbnb experience so I arrived with an open mind. Don't be afraid to ask the host what is available for private or shared space.
Chris and the other guests made a great impression on me. All were open to sharing places to see, where to eat, and what to do. The neighborhood is comfortable, especially the courtyard for socializing each night.
I cannot say enough good things about what an amazing time I had choosing Chris as a host for my first AirBnB stay. The room I was given was perfect and the people that I met during my stay were also just as amazing. My experience was nothing but positive. It was an experience I will cherish & never forget. If your on the fence on who to choose for a host, just stop now and book with Chris, you won't regret it. Thanks again Chris!
My boyfriend and I had a great time. Chris made us feel very comfortable from the get go. Everything was very clean, we would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
Chris was a great host, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I was travelling solo but I got to meet plenty of other people from all over the world that were staying In Chris' houses which made me feel welcome!
Chris is a great guy and a great host. The room was comfortable and had the basic necessities any one should desire on a short budget. Chris's house is a hostel of sorts with people from all over the globe coming and going throughout the day. Chris couldn't have been a more easy-going, friendly guy. The beach is so close!
Christian, it was great hosting you. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. You know you are always welcome and we look forward to seeing you again either back in Florida or up in New York. Good luck with everything, thanks for bringing your music to the house!!! Hasta luego!!! Buenas suerte!!!
Let me be honest: as far as my needs and taste are concerned, a place to stay couldn't get any better than this in any relevant respect. My stay was so much more pleasant and interesting than I had expected it would be thanks to all the inspiring people I was lucky enough to meet at Casa Blanca. Hope to see you all again someplace sometime.
We met so nice people in Chris house. The room was really big. Room and bathroom were clean, the shower needs a little maintenance.
