International Guest house has a wave of Hispanic colors with plans to keep making the house welcoming, inviting and sustainable...
Private Bedroom with Shared Bathroom
We have kayaks, bicycles and fishing poles for use....
Space to camp ^
We have a colorful space that I would say is Mexican themed. We also have plans to it more international and sustainable. My hope is each guest will help make the house more green and sustainable, so if you have any experience with that we would love the assistance. Also we open to you adding your creative talents to our house in whatever way possible; adding your personal touch. We have had previous guests draw, paint, murals, build shelves, raised beds, plant fruit trees, help build the compost and the list goes on......
Access to all common areas and fully prepared kitchen, where you can wow us with your cooking skills. We are always up for trying new food!!! :) It is not uncommon for community dinners at our place.
Access and use of:
Interaction with guests
We enjoy meeting people from other places and we plan to interact with our guests as much as they would like.
At this time we do not allow pets inside the house
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and we would encourage you to follow the rule of leaving things better then you found them.
Shoes off in the house
We take pride in recycling and composting.

As a long term host for airbnb it is a pleasure for me to share my home and wonderful city with you, whether you are coming for vacation, work, play or planning to move here; we look forward to the opportunity to host you. I am from Wisconsin, but have been in St Pete for 5 years. I greatly enjoy this city and all that is has to offer and I look forward to sharing that knowledge and experience with you.
Joni, our manager, is well versed into the community as well and is involved in many things including tiny houses, community gardens and neighborhood initiatives. You will enjoy getting to know her and her family. After living on a sailboat for nine years she is grateful to have found the St Pete community.
