A beautiful twin bedded room is available in a duplex apartment in the charming seaside town of Littlehampton. The apartment is part of a period, listed building and is only a short 2 minute stroll way from the sea, close enough to make it easy to have a swim before breakfast. There is no better place to relax and unwind for a weekend away. Big skies, and on a hot summer's day it is just magic - even in the winter walking on the beach has a particular kind of beauty .
The apartment is next to tennis courts, bowling, and crazy golf. Nearby is the famous, award winning East Beach Cafe which is open all day, all year round and serves delicious food while sitting right next to the beach. Plus there is the Longest Bench which seats over 300 people along Littlehampton's promenade, overlooking the town's award- winning Blue Flag beach.
Littlehampton has direct train links to the centre of London so it is very easy to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The apartment is also a great base for exploring the beautiful West Sussex landscape. Whilst here you must visit the magnificent Arundel Castle, Brighton, Bognor Regis and Chichester ( for the Theatre Festival or racing at Goodwood), and there are wonderful long walks over the Downs as well.
Or you could simply enjoy a long walk by the sea, along the banks of the river Arun, take the ferry across the river and enjoy birdwatching and sun bathing among the sand dunes of West Beach.

Susan was really helpful before we even arrived, helping with directions and where to park. We were made to feel welcome s soon as we arrived.
We had a great stay in Susan's lovely apartment. She was very welcoming and provided everything we needed including a fantastic choice for breakfast. Providing dressing gowns was a great bonus.
Susan's house is on an attractive, quiet terrace. She greeted us on a cold January afternoon and was immediately friendly and welcoming. Our room was warm and cosy, the beds were made into a double and very comfortable. A huge choice of cereals, fresh baked bread and croissant was prepared for breakfast at a time of our choosing. I reccommend Susan's place as a great stopover in Littlehampton and a base to explore the surrounding coast and countryside.
This is a perfect spot just minutes from the East Beach in Littlehampton. Susan made me feel very welcome and the room was cosy and spotless - really couldn't ask for more. Home-made soda bread, jams, scones and fresh coffee were a treat for breakfast and that was in addition to the cereal and juice (all provided by the host) that I normally have to kick start my day. It's also a good spot from which to explore the local area. Susan gave me lots of ideas for local places to visit, as well as scenic routes that show West Sussex at its best. Parking is also easy if you drive, I found a place to park just outside the house on both days.
Susan has a lovely home, a few steps from the beach and the East Beach cafe. We only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. Susan accommodated a travel cot in the room for our baby. We had a lovely chat on the evening and then an amazing breakfast the next morning. Thank you for a memorable weekend.
Susan is a very welcoming, helpful and friendly host. Lovely, homely place and Susan makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Situated just 2 minutes from West Beach and the wonderful West Beach Cafe (we went there for both Saturday night dinner and Sunday tea and cake with the newspapers - highly recommended). East Beach cafe is also really nice.
The accommodation was quite and couple of minutes walk from the sea side.
The area is relaxing.
You are very welcome to come and stay at this beautiful apartment next to the beach. If you have any questions please send me a message and I will happily get back to you as soon as possible.
