In downtown Canmore Mistaya Condo is situated in one of Canmore’s newest and most luxurious complexes.
Take the elevator to the top floor where you will find our 1600 sq ft condo. The breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains are to be enjoyed from every room. Furnished to the highest standard with all the luxuries you expect, this property is in an enviable holiday home.
The accommodation has a large lounge and dinning area; this features an 8 person dining table for formal occasions and in the main lounge, a feature stone fireplace, large flat screen TV with DVD/cable and ample comfy seating for all the party. Beyond this there is the balcony with a BBQ.
You will find three bedrooms; the master bedroom boasts a luxury 6’ four poster bed with en-suite Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower, two further bedrooms with twin beds, with the option to push together for flexibility. A second bathroom, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen with granite breakfast bar complete the property. The two sofas turn into additional double beds if required, sleeping up to 8 guests (additional cot-beds (camp-beds for our UK guests) can be provided for larger groups- groups lager than 6). All linen and towels are included, with free local telephone, private parking and broadband internet access being complimentary with the property.
The property is close to all the amenities in Canmore. Within easy reach you can find a large selection of restaurants, bars and shops to suit everyone. The atmosphere is relaxed and children are usually more than welcome.
This property was chosen by a Canadian film company to accommodate the producer of a television show, such is the high specification of this property.
Once booked and paid you will be sent access codes for the front entrance and lock box outside to access the key to the condo.

Canmore is a haven nestled in Alberta's Bow Valley beneath the mountain ranges of the Canadian Rockies, located one hour west of Calgary, with the Banff National Park lying to the west and north of the town.
Established as a humble mining town in 1884, Canmore first came to the world's attention in 1988 when it played host to the cross-country ski and biathlon components of the Calgary Winter Olympics. Since then the town has gone from strength to strength, establishing itself as the perfect base from which to explore the Canadian Rockies.
Despite its recent growth, Canmore has maintained its identity as a Canadian mountain village, surrounded by wild land areas abundant with wildlife, lending themselves perfectly to any number of recreational pursuits.
Inescapable in Canmore, the Canadian Rockies represent an awe-inspiring and constant presence: no matter where you stand, the crowned peaks of the Three Sisters and the jagged spires of Banff National Park tower majestically over you. It is a magnificent sight which, once seen, you will carry with you always.
The only downside to visiting Canmore is that you will never want to go home!.
Banff is about 25km away, regular buses go from Canmore to Banff. A car recommended if visiting ski hills. Everything in Canmore can be easily walked to from the condo.

on your visit to the Bow Valley
The 1988 Winter Olympic Games left behind a lot to offer cross-country and downhill skiers. The Canmore Nordic Centre has 60km (37 miles) of cross-country trails and was refurbished for the 2005 World Cup. Many downhill skiing sites are within an hour from town, including Nakiska and Fortress in Kananskis, as well as the three resorts of the Banff National Park.
Canmore Winter Festival
Celebrate the cold at this annual January event that offers ice carving contests, concert performances and a curling bonspiel.
After a walk across the frozen stillness of Spray Lake, fish for two- to twenty-pound trout in the comfort of a heated cabin. Local tour operators will provide licenses, equipment, guides and even underwater cameras for spying beneath the ice!
Snuggle into blankets on your sled as baying huskies speed you across the snowy landscape. Sledding companies in town can arrange a winter experience you'll never forget.
Get a thrill at the Ice Climbing Festival in March, whether you're watching experts scale a treacherous frozen waterfall or learning the skills yourself at one of the festival clinics.
The Canmore area is famous for some of the best climbing in the Rockies. Mount Yamnuska is a popular spot and a good place for lessons, but climbers should also seek out routes at Grotto Canyon, Chinaman's (Ha Ling) Peak and Cougar Creek.
Trails around town take you through canyons, up to glacial lakes, around historic buildings and even to the site of ancient pictographs. Take a camera in case you spot wildlife!
What's better than a day spent golfing beneath the Canadian Rockies? Within a five-minute drive from town you'll find a historic course built by volunteers, a resort designed by a renowned golf architect and an 18-hole course that incorporates rushing mountain creeks and restored mine entrances.
The Bow River is a famous fly fishing spot for brook trout, and there's plenty of rainbow trout in Ghost Lake and Grotto Pond. Book a float tube or a heli-fishing excursion, or just pick up a license and go it alone.
Trails range from easy rides along the valley floor to challenging routes through the mountains. Routes at Goat Creek and Mount Sharp are well recommended and, in the summer, the Nordic Centre is a mountain biker's dream.

We will ask for damages to be covered from the damage deposit. If the condo has been left in a dirty/untidy state we will also ask that additional cleaning be paid for from the damage deposit (laundry and general cleaning is covered up to 4 hrs in total)
If keys have been lost the cost is c$150 per key plus any additional costs incurred if lock changes are needed.
Damage deposit agreement
The damage deposit is fully refundable to you. The deposit will only be kept in part or in full if deemed damage has occurred or as below:
I/We, agree to forfeit all, or part (a detailed description of monies due will be provided) if any of the following agreement is breeched during my/our stay at the above property.
1.If smoking has been noticed in the house.
2.If there are any complaints requiring Canmore Bylaw or RCMP regarding my/our conduct while in house such as noise complaints or blocking neighbours driveways.
3.If there is an excessive amount of cleaning to be done following my/our visit, by the owners cleaning service. Other than laundry and obvious cleaning, the house, contents of cupboards, furniture and other articles belonging to the house, should be left as they were found upon my/our arrival. It is a privately owned condo and should be respected as such and left clean and tidy.
4.If there is any damage to walls, furniture, fixtures, appliances, towels or sheets, or keys have been lost, a bill will be provided and this total will be charged to my credit card.
5.If pets have been permitted in the condo
By booking this condo I understand and agree that if rules 1-5 are broken, my group will be required to leave immediately, forfeiting our allotted time, rent paid in full. I also understand that if the cleaning service verifies that there is no excessive cleaning to be done, damage to the property, or missing articles, there will be no additional charges.
The condo at Canmore was just as described. It was wonderful to come back each day to "home" in Canmore. The condo had everything and more that was needed for our stay. The area around the condo was easy to navigate- restaurants, and shopping were walkable.
The coffeeshop below the condo is a neat little place to enjoy tea, coffee or a bite to eat.
The view from the windows afforded us views of the mountains, some spectacular sunrises and the evening moon and stars.
We loved our stay.

This is a very centrally located condo in downtown Canmore. You couldn't ask for a better location, or a nicer appointed home. Very clean, well furnished, spacious, secure, and comfortable. We had 7 people staying here, and it didn't feel crowded. Large kitchen provides ample space for multiple cooks! We will book it again next time we are in Canmore!
We spent a week at the Mistaya Condo in Canmore. The location was excellent even with two children. We were close to the river for walking and running, near the grocery stores, and other conveniences were within walking distance. The condo was well equipped and convenient.

An excellent experience.
The communication was clear and well organised, and the accommodation exceptionally clean. The kitchen was definitely one of the best stocked I've ever used and there were plenty of linens, furnishing etc. Also - garage parking + parking spot is a huge bonus!
I really loved this place! Everything was arranged as what it was explained and the house was so neat and clean. And there was one free parking lot so you don't have to worry about it. For food and drinks, there is a Safeway near this place. If I go there again, I will definitely use this place again. :)
This condo is perfect. Location is PERFECT, lots of room for a big family or group. Canmore is simply amazing and totally walkable. Very pleasant part of our trip to Canada - probably our favorite!

I love to travel and this year I have been to Canada, Portugal, Spain, Lanzarote, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxeumbourg and Greece. Ive had a blast. My favourite places are Greece and Canada so far. Personally I love to stay in self-catering apartments as you get to really experience the culture,local food and atmosphere
