We would appreciate you look after our home as if it were yours. We would very much appreciate if you didn't:
• Smoke in the apartment (you may smoke on the balcony as long as you dispose of your butts appropriately (not onto the street!)
• Inconvenience neighbours with undue noise after 10 PM
A comprehensive handbook will be supplied at check-in providing a little more detail. Pets will be allowed, but incur in an additional €20 cleaning charge.
Sandra warmly welcomed us to the apartment. It's absolutely gorgeous, definitely true to the pictures. The neighborhood is very centrally located and we an easy walk or close to public transportation to everything we wanted to do. If you have a lot of luggage or are disabled the walk-up might be tough, but we loved staying here and wish only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again!
we stayed in February, and had a great time. Our family is made of 3 adults (we have a 20-year-old daughter) and a daughter of 12. Nice location, very close to the historic center, just 200 metres from the Cathedral! The flat is nice and clean. A little bit cold in this period (February) but the two sleeping rooms and the sitting room are provided with heaters. If you keep the heater on during the night, it is even too hot! So I think the flat has everything you can desire.
We met Sandra who was really nice and she explained us all that we needed since it was our firts time in Lisbon.
If you have old persons with you, be careful the flat is on the fourth floor without elevator.
We had a great time at the castle-view apartment : really well located with a view of the castle, it was pleasant. Everything in the apartment is provided if you are travelling with a baby. Sandra and Gonçalo are providing very good tips on what to do and where to go around the capital, which was helpful to us for a first visit in the capital. I didn't have the chance to meet them as my sister arrived first at the place where she was welcomed by Sandra but Sandra made sure we were all good. Flat a bit cold in winter. We would recommend this place.
My family and me had a very enjoyable time staying at the apartment! It nicely combined various aspects of location, view, and of course, the apartment itself. Also Sandra was always available for contact and help throughout our time in Lisbon and prior to our trip.
Great huge appartment in the center of Lisbon. We had everything we needed around us. The appartment had two bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a lovely living room with a nice view of the castel. The place was very clean. It was just a bit cold during the night but still, we enjoyed very much our stay in Lisbon.
We spend unforgettable 5 days in this cosy, perfectly located and fantastic flat with a great view. Thanks Sandra for the warm welcome and tasty wine :)
Lisbon was our love from the first sight. Sanda and Gonçalo took care of us from the moment we booked this apartment in March. They booked a fado restaurant for us and also a nice restaurant opposite to the apartment for a new year's eve. We got a lot of useful recommendations from them, a map and a welcoming present - bottle of wine. The guys are great hosts!
The apartment itself is very spacious and silent. The rooms are big and with lots of sunlight. You can see the Castle from the living-room. For older people, it can be a bit difficult to climb the stairs to the apartment.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all useful stuff and is also very big. We could cook everything we wanted there. Bathroom is warm and has a rain-shower (for those with babies can be a problem, for us really cool).
In winter it is somewhat cold if you don't heat. There were two electrical heaters, for one bedroom each. We wished the one for living-room as we had to move the heaters from room to room. As far as I know, there is normally a gas heater in the big room which was unfortunately empty during our stay.
With the great location ever (ten minutes to Praca Comercio, 5 min to Rossio) and lots of tiny details wich were added with warmth and style, we felt really at home and would recommend this apartment to anyone!
Thank you very much!
