Cottage 33 is perfect for a couple wanting a romantic get a way or a few friends needing to relax. Originally built in 1933, we have updated the cottage with modern conveniences while still trying to maintain its original charm. Main street is a good walk or quick uber ride away.... The house has a bedroom, sleeper sofa, and bathroom. The bedroom does not have a door but the bathroom does.....The kitchenette has a sink, keurig, (we provide coffee, creamers and some snacks), microwave, waffle maker, toaster, small crock pot, and an outdoor grill.

Hi, I lived in Austin for about 14 years before moving to the small, wonderful town of Fredericksburg. I changed career paths of being an elementary school teacher to becoming a property manager of vacation and rental homes. I have four other vacation homes I manage with Diamond Y Properties. This home is my first one under my new sister company, Diamond Property Management Services. Thankfully I'm married to a guy who helps me with home design, fixer upper projects, and handyman repairs. We are excited about hosting guests at Cottage 33 and for the potential of future projects and management type services. We love living and working in Fredericksburg, raising our children here, and we are happy to answer any questions about visiting, building, and managing properties.
