This luxury private home in a quiet neighborhood off 82, near free ski shuttle. Large 4 bed, 4.5 bath home, easy walk to town, A/C, ski mtn views & 3rd floor hot tub. Premium cable and WiFi. Big gourmet kitchen with all essentials: coffee, tea, spices, utensils, blender, crock pot, outdoor grille, etc. Large media rm is great for kids or addtl guests, Pack n Play, large TV & bar w microwave and mini fridge/ice maker. This house is not rented for loud raucous groups. Strict low noise policy.

The space
Fantastic home in Aspen, 12 minute walk from the gondola! Relax by the fireplaces, or enjoy Aspen's endless activities year round. Bus service at end of the street, quiet neighborhood with park behind it. Park has playground, picnic area, fountain and a pond, and trails!

This luxury home features 4 king bedrooms, three with attached private baths and large closets, AC in top three bedrooms, living room and dining, deck with bbq and seating, large media room with TV, bar, mini fridge with icemaker, and coffee and tea. Lift views in winter! Two separate laundry areas, 3 dishwashers are on premises. House has 3-4 legal parking places in front. (1 less with snow). Open living area has a large TV and stereo, large dining room seats six and bars seat another 7 people nicely. High ceilings on main floor and main master, with skylights throughout house. Fully stocked kitchen has two Sub Zeros, plenty of pots, pans, utensils, silverware, plates, glasses, spices and dish towels, gas range, oven, microwave and two sinks. Walk in pantry. Nice desk area in kitchen with office supplies and a half bath nearby. Two masters, with walk in closets and jacuzzi off main master with ski mountain views, both have 2 sinks and large tubs in bathrooms. Extra queens (2 inflatable) sleeping available in lower room, or can be used in upper master. Twin rollaway with memory foam available for master (fits well in a master closet which is quite large with a window). Wi-Fi and premium cable TV throughout home. Hairdryers, shampoo, soaps and plenty of amenities are available. Books located in the desk cabinets. Easy walk to grocery store (8 min) and to gondola area (12 min). Bus runs at end of Park Ave and 82. (2 minute walk from house) and Aspen has a great taxi service and a few Ubers. A spacious and comfortable home not to miss!

*** Guests will be charged $45 per guest per day over 8 people. Dogs two years old and older welcome for $50 per dog per day starting limit 3 dogs. Please let us know if your fur buddy will be on site PRIOR to booking. First night is charged $50 with reservation, additional pet charges sent separately through the app. Discounts on dogs staying over 2 weeks. Please inquire about monthly rates! A great house for your ski vacation or Aspen visit any time of year.

3-4 designated parking spots at the house, depending on size of vehicle. Additional parking available at the nearby Rio Grande garage. Please do not park in other areas of the neighborhood or walk on private property.

Other things to note
(We have fast and punctual housekeepers!) Aspen and Colorado taxes will be applied nightly unless rental exceeds 30 days. If you would like groceries delivered, City Market and Clark's are on Instacart. Clark's Market offers delivery from their website, too. We are happy to help with any other needs!

I'm from Fort Worth, am a real estate investor, snowboarder and a UT Longhorn ‘85. We love our homes in Aspen, Snowmass (we rent our condo, too!), Wyoming and The Bahamas! Traveling to Mexico and Europe is always fun, as were a few new places-Cuba, Jamaica and Peru! We love being outside and eating healthy and well-Aspen is the perfect spot for this!
