Adrienne and Nick made us very welcome in their spacious semi-detached town house. Just a short walk from the sea, and from shops, food and other amenities, the home has a feeling of peace and quiet, away from the seaside sounds. We were 'upgraded' to a spacious first floor bedroom with it's own bathroom, with shower facility (a separate shower was down a short stair. Each of our bnb's have been unique, and this one is super. The atmosphere here was delightful. Parking was not a problem for us.

Very relaxing time staying in Adrienne and Nick's lovely house, full of art and warmth. We didn't spend much time with them but our hosts were friendly, open and kind.

Response from Adrienne:
Sorry Jessica- it does say on the website that breakfast is included but Nick should've mentioned it when you arrived- it was probably all a bit of a rush. Apologies. Adrienne

Thankyou to Adrienne and Nick for being very lovely and accomodating hosts. We very much enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights over the bank holiday weekend. Great location in a pretty, quiet area but close to the sea and walkable to everywhere we needed to go in Hastings/St leonards. Would stay here again. :-)

A rambling, rather ramshackle house in a lovely cul de sac in Saint Leonards, Sussex. Adrienne and Nick are rather eccentric artists but friendly and talkative and I enjoyed their company. The house is not modern at all; even down to the toilet seats and the kitchen and outside conservatory is a bit dirty ( especially the recycling bin). It has character though. The hall is full of shoes, books and bikes and it has a bohemian feeling to it. There are piles of books and newspapers everywhere. The view of the park from the front is nice and my room had a pleasant view of the town, towards the sea. I found my room a bit cold; however, I am used to Mediterranean temperatures and the internet was OK but not great. Using the kitchen was OK but I couldn`t use the washing machine because the two Finnish girls living there, constantly used it. To me, it wasn`t noisy at night but their son, does play instruments. He`s good though and I enjoyed it. It`s a short walk to the town and easy to park. An interesting experience.

I work in education as an efl teacher. I am also an artist as is my husband. I enjoy cooking, gardening and swimming and have 3 children aged 17, 23 and 25. We enjoy being outdoors and our favourite thing is to go to our beach hut and swim in the sea . We love good food, music, art and films- all the good things in life!
