My first Airbnb experience was a joy. Nick and Adrienne really welcomed me to their gorgeous bohemian family home in beautiful St Leonards gardens just up the hill from the Marina. The attic room was minimal with an extremely warm and comfortable bed, and great views over the neighbourhood with the sea to the right. Highly recommended for a great stay and good coffee. Thanks :)
Me and my brother were having a really great and relaxing time in Adrienne and Nick's house. They are very nice and friendly and the house is very beautiful and artistic. Thank you for their welcome! I would recommend and looking forward to go back if possible!
l found Nick and Adrienne to be the most generous and welcoming of hosts and meeting them was a real bonus of my stay. l look forward to a future visit to their lovely, bohemian home and more conversations about our shared passion for art. ln a cold November l found a warmth to kindle my spirit
I had a marvelous time at this inspiring place. Their house is a world in its own, crammed with things to marvel at, and a lovely relaxed atmosphere that can rarely be found. I heard not a single car the whole night, but instead listened to the trees in the garden. The best of all is certainly Adrienne and Nick and other people that you might have the luck to meet. Generous, interesting, creative, welcoming. I promise to be back - as soon as possible (honestly!).
Really beautiful vibe in this home. Loved seeing the studios and drinking tea in the garden. Thanks for a great last minute stay :)
I had the pleasure of staying for a night in this wonderful house in late September 2013. Adrienne was such a kind and charming host, and I was made to feel very welcome. I stayed in the smaller room and it was blissfully quiet and very cosy and comfortable to sleep in. The house is in a beautiful area and overlooks a lovely private green with huge trees. I look forward to crossing paths again in the future. 5 stars!
Adrienne was very warm and welcoming and has a lovely large house. The room was tucked away on the top floor and was just perfect for my one night stay in Hastings whilst visiting the area for a friends wedding. Would definitely recommend a stay.
Thank you Adrienne & family, for welcoming us into your beautiful home - which is set back from main roads, and surrounded by the most soothing sounds of birds, the sea and the breeze in the trees. A really pleasurable experience, especially for those with an appreciation of arts/popular culture, nature, people and comfortable beds! Such appreciation for the sharing of a large - yet intimate - family space, full of life, love, the smell of baked bread and fresh coffee! Will surely return, should we/I be in the area again (and would happily make arrangements to be, just to play ping pong in the communal garden)...
