Relax on the oversized pool steps or sip a drink on the built-in bar stools. The chef’s kitchen features a jumbo island and touch-faucet sink, making meal prep a gathering spot for everyone.

The space
Enjoy panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and Aguadilla Bay—perfect for large groups. The oversized pool steps are ideal for sunbathing, lounging, or playing with kids in the shallow area. All bedrooms have A/C, and the living room features eight ceiling fans with doors that open to let the Caribbean breeze flow through the great room. This home sleeps a maximum of 10 guests.
Installed in July 2023, our premium water system provides high-quality, contaminant-free water with ozone, reverse osmosis, and UV sterilization. An additional pump ensures ideal pressure, and the kitchen faucet offers purified drinking water—no need to buy bottled water.
The house also comes with a Pelaton bike, a set of hand weights and yoga mats.
The garage has an EV charger for anyone traveling with an electric car.

The laundry room is located on the ground floor next to the storage with beach chairs and other water equipment.

Guests have access to patio furniture, snorkel gear, pool floats, coolers, games, and a variety of kitchen spices and condiments.

Each of the five bedrooms has its own A/C unit, luxury bedding, and a full bathroom for personal comfort. The home is equipped with beach chairs, snorkel gear, pool floats, coolers, bed linens, beach/bath towels, WiFi, a Smart TV with app access, a stocked kitchen, games, laundry facilities, a pack ’n play, and a high chair.
Located on Puerto Rico’s western point: 2.5 hours from San Juan (SJU), 30 minutes from Aguadilla (BQN), Mayaguez (MAZ), and 1.5 hours from Ponce (PSE). To avoid the drive from San Juan, Cape Air offers multiple daily flights from SJU to MAZ.
