Modern and quiet 1-room apartment in an ideal location in Berlin Mitte with beautiful sweeping views towards Alexanderplatz. The neighborhood is great for food, shopping and every kind of culture and entertainment.

The space
An urban furnished one-room apartment in the heart of Berlin.

The flat has a new modern kitchen, which contains all the essentials for cooking, a toaster and a coffee machine. The fridge is spacious enough so you don't have to go shopping every day. The cooking area is adjoined by a dining table with three chairs. Behind a closet, which offers plenty of space for your clothes, is a 1.60 m wide bed. With a view of the TV tower you can relax on the big couch. If required, a third person can stay here. Use the HDMI cable to connect a laptop to the TV but you can not watch regular TV. The apartment has a small bathroom with a shower.

Since the flat is in a typical Berlin old building, there is no elevator. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.
