Great place with everything you need. It’s cool to spend a few days in the house to get close to the nature.

Kai’s place is very secluded among a jungle-esque landscape. The sunset from Manini Beach was incredible and easily the most accessible snorkeling spot across the bay from Captain Cook. Recommend staying here if you need to getaway and don’t mind some mosquitoes.

Where else can you live among dolphins, in a jungle canopy, and be walking distance to several beaches and a short drive to all South Kona has to offer? Enjoy!

This place was great! The location is literally steps from the water, and this part of the island is secluded and beautiful. Kai was super cool and accommodating.

When I saw the A-frame style with the slanted ceilings, the windows, and the wood walls, I knew I had to stay here. Kai’s place is really cute and very close to the ocean. Kai is great at communicating. It is a trip up the mountain so plan ahead for coffee and snacks.
