Beautiful and spacious 1,200 sq. ft., 2 Bed 2 Bath condo at convenient mid-town location (right off the 62nd St. bridge) with beach decor, updated kitchen, granite countertops, tile floors, dining table, flat screen TVs, and kitchen essentials. Private washer/dryer in unit. Easily accessible via private elevator - no stairs to climb or hauling of luggage!

NO adjacent high-rise buildings = NO overcrowded beach! One of our favorite perks of this central location is always being able to find a prime spot on the beach even during peak rental season :)

As close as you can get to the beach/ocean & convenient to many of Ocean City's top attractions - BUT far north enough to avoid the heavy beach crowds of the lower streets. Close to OC's famous $3 a day bus route - once you are parked you never have to drive again during your vacation!
