This is complete lies. 1. We have flexible checkin-time, but we need to know what time customer arrive cause caretaker(Cesario, brother of wife) need to take free from work. customer didnt tell about chekin-time before they are near outside the condo/guardhouse. Cesario was already on his way, but as the guards confirmed they already left 30 minutes after arrival. 2. Standing ouside the guardhouse they already talking to Cesario about cancelation because they didnt have car and was not close to the area they wanted (they should have checked this in the description of the condo in Airbnb and they would know where it was), so there is the reason of the wanted cancellation (and that would probably be accepted as a reason of cancellation, but not the following lies). 3. there is always as many towels and bedsheets as customers, first the customer said 1 dirty towel, ,now its 2, the truth was 4 clean towels and bedsheets. Customer said airbeds was dirty, how can they know if its clean or dirty if they didnt even find and open the boxes with airbeds in ? the airbeds was also clean, as the rest of condo was completely clean as normal. All our earlier guests gave 5 stars, even the last customer before this(4 days earlier) gave 5 stars, specially notified how clean it was in our condo, after that Cesario and his wife cleaned and changed to make it ready for this customer. They run a laundry before and should therefore know what clean is. Customer said he had photos of condo, i told him repeatedly to send it to me, but we never received customers photos ha had my mail (where he already sent the first contact after moving out), we only received photos from caretakes showing it was still clean. Customer said Cesario would not go there to help, but Cesario was already on the way to the condo arriving a few minutes after customer left, and he said he would check whatever the customer wanted to help (that is always our instruction to the caretaker to do their best to help our customers). Cesario did not tell customer to cancel ( he know he has no authorisation to this and told this to customer, that customer needed to contact us as owners about this issue). Customer did not try to cancel trough airbnb as he should, i sent a sms and airbnb-message to customer trying to get answer from him but did not get answer trough this channels. i needed to go to hospital with our newborn son, and didnt read customers answer in my normal email the day after (not trough the normal messages in airbnb, or sms/phone if it was urgent. We cannot recommend the customer to anyone, doing his best to try caretaker and his family feel less worth, lying and telling different things to us and caretaker. A cancellation because of customers geographical errors would probably be accepted, but lies to dirty our rumours will not be accepted. Guards confirming customer leaves before 30 minutes show guest had no intention to stay and only looked for easiest excuse. But customer never sent (had) the photo she said he should send (he had my email after repeating him to send it), only caretakers photos of clean condo is received. All earlier customers will confirm the condo is always clean, last customer before this gave 5 stars, notifying how clean it is. Cesario and wife run a laundry before and know how to get things clean (its even washing-machine in condo. Caretaker have instructions to always make it clean and help the customers, and put his pride in this, and we are sure we can still guarantee our coming customers a clean and nice condo with all the description from airbnb and the earlier reviews.
