Interaction with Guests
I am always available via Phone, Text and Email. I live locally and can help with any questions or concerns the guests may have.
The famous Turtle Bay Resort is just a short walk down the main resort road. Many celebrities and high profile guests frequent the hotel. The condo is located in the Kuilima West Estates which is a gated community close to the Resort entrance.
There is a Bus stop located in front of the Kuilima West Estates. The most preferred method of transportation is a rental car. It is an hours drive from the airport in Honolulu to the condo. There is a designated parking spot for 1 vehicle and an additional vehicle may park in the guest marked spots. An over night parking pass must be obtained from the security office for any vehicles parking over night in a guest marked spot.
Other Things to Note
We purchased a guidebook when we moved here called "Oahu Revealed" (found on O'ahu at Wal Mart and Costco- you could find it online) that has been really informative and unbiased. As for our recommendations: we love the Polynesian Cultural Center less than 15 min away in Laie. It's one of our favorite places. You can tour villages, attend a luau and see a fabulous night show. Snorkeling is a must- Sharks Cove is one of our favorite spots. Ted's Bakery is world famous on the North Shore. The town of Haleiwa, 15- 20 min away is a frequent stop for us. The shrimp truck next to 7-11 is the highest rates on the North Shore, and Matsumotos Shave Ice is perfect after playing at Waimea Bay where you can jump off the big rock, boogie board, swim, and enjoy one of our favorite beaches. Waimea Valley is just behind the bay and is a beautiful nature preserve with an easy hike and waterfall pool you can swim in. There is so much to see! Check out the guidebook for more ideas :-) of course you'll want to see Waikiki- great place to learn to surf (Turtle Bay also has a good surf school).
This really doesn't scratch the surface but gives you some highlights- our favorite luau/ show is the "Chief's Luau" at Sea Life Park across the island. So worth it. Make sure Chief Sielu Avea is hosting and you will have a BALL. Best on the island. Have fun planning and we look forward to being part of the best memories of your lives!

My family and I found the condo comfortable. The location was great for golf (2 turtle bay golf courses) and beach (turtle bay beach). It was also located close to the Polynesian cultural center and other North shore beaches. Jennifer, the host, also kept a list of activities that we could do in the area.
Jennifer was a reliable host. When we had trouble getting into the condo, we had no problem contacting her. When we had trouble getting WiFi, she was responsible and helped to fix the issue.
The property is located in my favorite Turtle Bay resort on Oahu. Definitely classy area to relax. The place itself is very beautiful, clean, and quiet. My parents and I all had nice sleep here. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful time at Jennifer's condo in Turtle Bay. The place was very clean and there was so much room, even though we were a large group!
The neighbourhood was quiet and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. There was a bunch of snorkelling gear and boogie boards for us to use, towels, clean sheets, air conditioning... All we needed and more!
When we arrived, Jennifer had told us that the sink was clogged and that she was going to be taking care of it and it was done within a day, so it was really nice to know that if there were any problems that they would be taken care of quickly.
We're all really happy with our choice. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet, cozy getaway. :-)
We had a wonderful time at Jennifer's condo in Turtle Bay. Very convenient to all north shore activities. Comfortable lodging and very simple check-in and check-out. We hope to come back again.
The condo was perfect! It was well equipped with everything and very inviting. The box of chocolates were a sweet touch. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of Turtle Bay and the north shore.
Very easy to book with Jennifer. Condo is conviently located on the North Shore. Only complaint would be that the condo needs a good deep clean and some TLC.
