Nestled behind my 1920s bungalow in Orlando’s beloved College Park neighborhood, this cozy guest cottage is close to everything, yet quiet.

Enjoy coffee (French press + Keurig) or tea, and snacks before exploring downtown. The Kia Center, Orlando City Soccer Stadium, Lake Eola, AdventHealth, Camping World Stadium, Universal, and Winter Park are all short Uber away.

Perfect for couples, business travelers, concertgoers, and guests looking to experience Orlando beyond the tourist corridor.

Note: The backyard is a shared outdoor space. No smoking inside.

2. On Occassion I rent my main house, so you may see those guests in the shared backyard

4. Park on the street, directly in front of the house
5. Driveway is dirt (not paved)
6. Smoking inside the Shed is not permitted.
