The tiny house is easily accessed, just one mile from Route 101, right on Route 125. (Easy access, however, Route 125 is a very busy road). The tiny house is set back from the road, so it is pretty quiet. The bonus of the busy location is lots of restaurants and shopping.

The tiny house is just 10 minutes from Exeter and Phillips Exeter Academy. 20 minutes to the beaches, Portsmouth, and Durham, home of UNH. 10 minutes to New England Dragway and Sig Sauer Academy. Pawtuckaway State Park, which has great hiking is 20 minutes away. The Deerfield fair is 20 minutes away. The house is 30 minutes to Manchester and about 40 minutes to Manchester Airport.

I am a 50 something who has worked in the hospitality business for the past 15 years. I enjoy meeting new people, going to the gym, and travelling when possible. I just finished renovating a tiny cabin on my motel property and just started sharing it on Airbnb. My latest adventure is the addition of a brand new tiny house ... it is so cool. I am easy going and enjoy pursuing my passion of music when my busy schedule allows. My wife Donna co-hosts this cabin with me, as she has been an Airbnb super host since (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and has over 200 5 star reviews for her multiple properties.
