The Marais historical area is within walking distance, and the subway will get you easily around Paris.

The Canal st Martin area is well known for its upcoming fashion boutiques, traditional local grocery stores including one of Paris’s best Boulangeries (bakery ) and many delicious restaurants and bars.
The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a typicaly Haussmanian 19th century building. Very Bright and calm it offers a nice living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink, a fully equiped kitchen ( oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking plaque, kitchen ustensils, toaster, kettle, coffee machine...)
There is Wifi, linen and towels are provided.

I will welcome you in the apartment, explain how to use all the features offered, answer all your questions and also recommend good places in the area. I will also be reachable during your stay to answer any questions you might have!
In the spring and summer, locals flock in droves to the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin to picnic and strum guitars. Cafes and quirky boutiques flank the water and iron footbridges. On Sundays, two streets running parallel to the canal, Quai de Valmy and Quai de Jemmapes, are reserved for pedestrians and cyclists—perfect for renting a bike and seeing the city from a fresh angle. Another possibility is to take a tour of the canal by boat. Visitors of all ages should find something to love alongside the Canal Saint-Martin.

To get to the apartment from Airports ( 45/50 min):
-CDG Roissy Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports: Take RER B train to Gare du Nord staion (30/40min) then you can either walk to the apartment or take the subway in Gare du Nord station: line 5 ( direction Place d'italie ) stop at Jacques Bonsergent station (2nd station ) you will exit in Rue de Lancry, take it on the left, take the 2nd on your right : Rue Yves Toudic, then 2nd on you left it is Rue Beaurepaire! Go at Number 18 of the street !
-From Beauvais airport (1h30min): You have to take a bus from Beauvais airport to Porte Maillot ( 1 hour ), from porte Maillot take the subway: Line 1 ( direction Chateau de Vincennes ) stop at Bastille station , change to Line 5 ( direction Bobigny ) and stop at Republique station. Take the Exit Rue du Faubourg du temple. When you exit take Rue du Faubourg du temple street then first on your left Rue Yves Toudic, then take the 3rd on your right it is Rue Beaurepaire!
From Gare de Lyon station: Take the subway ( 15/20 min ): Line 1 ( direction La Defense ) stop at Bastille Station, change to line 5 ( direction Bobigny ) and stop at Republique station. Avoid making noise in common areas when carrying luggage in the stairs, slamming the front door, running in the stairs, ...
Do not make too much noise in the apartment which would disturb the neighbours: music or TV volume too high, slamming doors, talkingloudly with the windows open...
)Respect the common rule in France to avoid making noise after 10pm.
Follow the instructions and regulations posted in the building.
Do not smoke or throw cigarettes in public areas of the building.
Do not leave rubbish, paper or cigarette butts in public areas (stairs,lift ...).
Do not use the apartment for professional purposes; do not receive the general public in the apartment.
Do not Move the furniture around the apartment.
Recycle you garbage: throw your waste in the appropriate bin regularly.
Do not throw your cigarette butts out of the windows.
Before leaving the apartment close the windows turn off the taps and lights.
Keep the apartmentand its equipment in good condition
