Enjoy rivers, hiking trails, fishing, river tubing and some of the best gold mine exploration opportunities in Utah.  Fortunes were won and lost in these hills and the remnants remain giving explorers a glimpse into the struggles, hardships, and rewards this region provided in those days, as well as all the epic activities of contemporary life! We look forward to hosting your experience! UPSTAIRS 1400 sq ft-3 bedrooms comfortably sleeps 10. (there is Rollaway bed avail) 6 Beds-queen in master/flat screen/private bath; Queen bed in 2nd bdrm/3rd bedroom 2 double bunks with full bed & twin ea-full bath off hall. Kitchen & dining for 10. Living area, flat screen smart TV, WI-FI. Patio & BBQ. Laundry room on site. Plenty of parking for vehicles & trailers. Spectacular scenery, Paiute ATV Trail riding & River Rafting. May add 8 adults or children @ an additional fee of $18.00 each per night NO PETS.

Other things to note
Kids are always welcome but we do not have safety precautions (gates/stringless blinds or cribs etc. in place) There are ATV and 2, 4 & 6 passenger UTV's available for rent locally (contact number on fridge or call or text me ) - awesome restaurants, river rafting - rodeo on 24th holiday / ATV Jamboree usually 2nd week in August. No pets
