Since your stay, we have switched cleaning crews. Additionally, have implemented a cleaning app that we require our cleaners to use to ensure all items are clean. The app requires them to take pictures of the unit as well. In addition to the app, we now are requiring units to be walked by another person to ensure cleanliness.
FYI, we have several units in this building, so we have a janitorial closet - which is we didn't have a vacuum or mop in the unit itself.
Again, this isn't up to our cleaning standards and I'm so sorry. We'd love to host you again, and would be happy to offer you a 25% discount if you ever come back to Austin! Thank you for staying!
